My name is Milanti, live in Basel-Switzerland since 1999. After 10 years worked as a full time mother of 2 childrens, I decided to work as Make up Artist. Because from my past worked experiences in my home country, one year in public relation at the biggest telecomunication company in Indonesia and in sales & marketing at one of the largest cigarette company in Indonesia, then worked a few years at the Swiss chemicals contruction Company in Jakarta, I was unsatisfied and felt myself uncomplete. I work as professional freelance make up Artist since 2009, after I got a Diploma as a Makeup Artist. I feel happy in my daily life and find satisfaction in my work. I never regret to work as Make up Artist & Hairstylist. My decision was right. I love my job.

But after 9 years worked as freelance make up artist, I found something missing in this self employed make up artistry world. After graduated from the make up school, the fresh graduated make up artists have to build up their own portfolio but nobody offer the mentoring how to find the job or to do the collaboration with the photographers & models to get the beautiful pictures.

In the other side I found difficulties to find some Makeup Artists and Hairstylists to be in my team when I got an assignment from my clients which is quite big . Especially when I got a small budget Project, I need supports from other make up Artists & hairstylists that paid with small wage. Sometimes I just picked the Makeup Artist / Hairstylist name on social media. It chalanged me to do something that can support our need in both side, my clients and me with the talented make up artist & hairstylist.

In 2018 I started to do mentoring to fresh graduated make up artist & hairstylist. It is not an agency. There is no membership or fee to be in my team. It is a collaborating between me and my Mentees in STYLE 4 Make up & Hair do Styling Team, to win the job and the projects, to get the work references, to pronounce our existence to the beauty & fashion world, to get more business clients in commercial, advertising campaign, exhibition, musical and theater, also to offer makeup & hairstyling to bride & groom and to get paid from our works.

The marketing cost is very high, business card, flyer, website, google search etc. But we do not have budget to do this. Our budget mostly is invested for building up our makeup & hairstyling kit, without these products we can not work. Most of the makeup artist & hairstylist choose the free marketing, using sosial media as their portfolio.

But most of makeup artist & hairstylist has limited photograph or reference to put on sosial media. I work hard to find the collaboration with the client which can help us to promote our business name, to get the work references and the pictures of our work. Beside that I work hard that we can get our wage and travel expences too.

It is not an easy way. I need your support as our clients to offer us the job to fresh graduated Makeup Artist & Hairstylist without work experience or have some experience in makeup and hairstyling. To help them to build up their portfolio and starting earn money. Also I need the trust from fresh graduated or Newcomer Makeup Artist & Hairstylist that I can manage them to get the work reference, picture etc for their work.

My aim for STYLE 4 Makeup & Hair do Styling Team is to build and grow our career up together, to pronounce our existence to the beauty & fashion world, musical & theater (based on interest), to get paid for our work as good as should be based on our experiences and to get more clients.

We offer a variable  of make-up services to meet our clients need. Our styling team serve you with their skills to do make up, hairstyling, nail design and to style you up as gorgeous as you wish.

We use a very high quality make-up and cosmetic products from : MAKE UP FOR EVER,  Kryolan & Temptu airbrush. We do skin treatment using L’alpage and The Body Shop. We use products for hair treatment & hairstyling using Schwarkopf OASIS+ , John Frieda & Kryolan
